Shipping policy

Steve’s Winestore offers multiple ways to get your order to you: free in-store pickup, local delivery, and shipping within Australia. Please review the details below to select the option that best suits your needs.

PICKUP IN STORE

Pickup is free, with no minimum purchase required. Simply select 'Pickup' during checkout and collect your order from the Winestore at 30 The Avenue, Nedlands WA 6009 during our opening hours:
7 days a week | 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM

You’ll be notified when your order is ready. Please bring your receipt to collect your order.
For alcohol purchases, orders must be collected by someone aged 18 or older with proof of age and sobriety, as required by RSA regulations.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Local delivery is available to selected suburbs for $15 per order, with a $100 minimum purchase required. Once your order is confirmed, it will be delivered within 2 business days, and a team member will contact you to arrange a delivery window.

Eligible suburbs include:
Nedlands, Dalkeith, Crawley (6009); Shenton Park, Subiaco (6008); Claremont, Mount Claremont (6010); West Perth, Kings Park (6005); Floreat (6014); Mosman Park (6012); Perth (6000); North Perth (6006); and Leederville (6007).

Alcohol deliveries must comply with RSA regulations. Orders must be received by an individual aged 18 or older, and proof of age and sobriety will be required at the time of delivery.

AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING

Steve’s Winestore ships within Australia only. All shipping methods include Australia Post tracking and require a signature upon delivery for added security.

Shipping Options and Rates:

  • Standard Shipping (Small): $70 flat rate for orders up to 5kg
  • Standard Shipping (Large): $120 flat rate for orders 5kg to 20kg
  • Extra Cover Shipping 1: $190 flat rate for orders up to 20kg (insurance up to $2,000)
  • Extra Cover Shipping 2: $290 flat rate for orders up to 20kg (insurance up to $5,000)

Delivery is estimated within 2–8 business days for all shipping methods.

Additional Charges:

  • Remote or Hard-to-Reach Areas: Additional charges may apply for deliveries to certain locations. We will contact you to confirm any extra fees before dispatch.
  • Special Packaging Requirements: For larger or fragile orders, extra fees may apply for specialised packaging.

Temperature Sensitivity:
Wine is sensitive to extreme temperatures. During warmer months, we recommend expedited options to minimise heat exposure. Steve’s Winestore is not liable for temperature-related damage during standard shipping.

For shipments exceeding 20kg, orders exceeding $5000 requiring additional insurance, or with special requirements, please contact us directly to arrange delivery.
