Egly-Ouriet Les Vignes de Bisseuil Premier Cru NV
The solitary Chardonnay-led cuvée in the Egly-Ouriet range, Les Vignes de Bisseuil comes from a small parcel of vines over 40 years old in the Premier Cru village of Bisseuil, next to Aÿ in the Vallée de la Marne. Each non-vintage release is built around a recent base vintage supplemented with one or two years of reserve wine, offering a brighter, more nervy, Chardonnay-forward counterpoint to Egly's Pinot Noir-dominant Grand Cru wines.
