The lightest rung of Prüm's Prädikat ladder - fully ripe fruit picked at the start of harvest, fermented slowly to retain freshness. Built for early charm but ages gracefully for a decade or more.

Colour : 
Pale lemon-green with a silvery reflection.

Nose :
Delicate and fresh, with green apple, white peach, lime blossom and a whisper of wet slate.

Palate :
Light-bodied and off-dry, with racy acidity, gentle fruit sweetness and a crisp, mineral-driven finish; typically 7.5-8.5% ABV.
