Joh Jos Prum Graacher Himmelreich Riesling Auslese 2018

Made from individually selected, very ripe (often botrytis-touched) bunches picked on a dedicated late pass through the vineyard. Among the most age-worthy wines of the estate, capable of decades in bottle. 

Colour : 
Deep gold, luminous, richer with bottle age.

Nose :
Opulent and honeyed, with dried apricot, candied citrus peel, orange blossom and a touch of botrytis complexity over deep slate minerality.

Palate :
Rich, unctuous and layered, with concentrated dried-fruit and honey sweetness lifted by vivid acidity; long, luminous finish; typically 7.5-8.5% ABV.
