Late-picked ('Spätlese') fruit from a slightly later harvest pass, giving greater concentration and texture while retaining the estate's signature filigree elegance. 

Colour : 
Light gold with green-tinged highlights.

Nose :
Ripe orchard and stone fruit - yellow apple, apricot and peach - layered over honeysuckle and characteristic wet-slate minerality.

Palate :
Medium-bodied with a fuller, rounder mid-palate than the Kabinett, balancing riper fruit sweetness against Prüm's trademark cutting acidity; long, mineral finish; typically 8-9% ABV.
