This single vineyard Chardonnay is shaped by ocean breezes, schist-rich soils and the powerful Gingin clone, delivering a wine of both restraint and intensity. Hand picked and wild fermented in French oak, the 2023 vintage carries the hallmarks of artisanal care. It offers purity, texture and precision. Vibrant fruit and a whisper of salty minerality reflect the vineyard’s maritime influence in every glass.
