The 2023 Lamella Shiraz comes from the old-vine Stonegarden Vineyard in the Eden Valley, planted in the late 1800s. Hand-picked and open-fermented, then matured in French oak, it delivers dark berry fruit, warm spice and fine, savoury tannins - a pure, site-driven expression of Eden Valley Shiraz and the most accessible wine in the Standish range.

Appearance:
Vivid, youthful ruby with a bright, clear rim.

Nose:
Fresh blackberry and mulberry, with lifted violet, baking spice and a touch of dried herb.

Palate:
Medium to full-bodied and juicy, with generous dark fruit, fine-grained tannins and a seam of bright acidity that keeps the wine lively.

Finish:
Bright and spicy, with dark fruit and a gentle savoury lift carrying through.
