Sylvain Pataille Bourgogne-Aligoté 2022

The 2022 Sylvain Pataille Bourgogne Aligoté is a pure and expressive example of old-vine Aligoté from Burgundy, crafted by one of the variety’s leading champions. Sourced from low-yielding, mature vines farmed organically and biodynamically, the warm yet well-balanced 2022 vintage brings generous fruit while preserving the vibrant acidity and mineral tension that define Pataille’s style. Careful élevage emphasizes precision, texture, and a strong sense of place.
