Woodlands' flagship Cabernet-based Bordeaux blend, sourced from the Woodlands Brook Vineyard and named after Andrew and Marie Watson's daughter; first released in 2015.

Appearance:
Deep crimson-purple to the rim.

Nose:
Black currant, violets and black cherries with graphite, cedar, vanilla and a herbal, forest-floor edge.

Palate:
Concentrated dark-berry fruit - plum, spiced currant and chocolate - with fine, well-integrated tannins, savoury detail and a long, elegant finish.

About the producer
Woodlands Wines
Woodlands is a family-owned Margaret River winery established in 1973 by David and Heather Watson, among the first five vineyards planted in the region. Now run by sons Andrew and Stuart Watson, the estate farms the original Woodlands Vineyard on Caves Road and the Woodlands Brook Vineyard (added 2007/08), both in the Wilyabrup Valley subregion, using dry-grown, low-intervention and organically certified viticulture. Woodlands is best known for cabernet-based reds that regularly rival top Bordeaux in blind tastings, alongside acclaimed single-vineyard Chardonnay.
