Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey
Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey (PYCM) is the Chassagne-Montrachet domaine and negociant house of Pierre-Yves Colin and his wife Caroline Morey, both from prominent Burgundy families. Pierre-Yves left his father Marc Colin's domaine in the mid-2000s to start his own label. It is best known for ageworthy, smoky, precise white Burgundy; the Rose de Pinot Noir is a rare small-batch bottling.
